“Fablewood” is a rural residential property which is built away from the property boundaries, so feel free to make some noise, but please keep it within reason as it is still in the town and the neighbours are there, even if some distance away. Cleaning and waste collection is only arranged for standard holiday rental use by 8 persons, not large parties, events or extra guests. Parties and events can be considered so please contact the agent and additional charges will apply. We have a large flat lawn area. Fablewood is a non-smoking property and smoking is only allowed outside. No pets, sorry. Linen will be provided at an additional reasonable cost.

This lovely home does have a fireplace however, firewood/firestarters are BYO. Firewood, fire starters and matches can be bought at either the local Mobil service station or the IGA.
Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Be mindful of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified via neighbours or the Police.
We also ask that you do not bring or consume alcohol in the pool area. If you do make use of the beautiful pool, please ensure it is left clean and DO NOT ‘top up’ the water as this interferes with the chemical balance.
